Business Owner Mastermind

The Business Owner Mastermind is an informal Board of Directors which provides honest, pragmatic feedback to it's members.

The group, composed of 12 or fewer non-competing business owners, concentrates on helping to maximize opportunities by developing solutions to common problems and cultivating mutual support.

Because a Mastermind is based upon the premise that the sum is greater than its parts, all members benefit from the counsel of everyone in attendance.

Facilitated by Taunee Besson, a business owner since 1979, this group meets in Dallas on the second Wednesday of each month over lunch from noon to 4:00 p.m.

Potential members may attend one or two meetings before deciding on a monthly commitment. The member fee is $150 per month. The guest fee is $75 for the first meeting.

Individual Coaching for Entrepreneurs

Career Dimensions works with entrepreneurs to start up and grow successful businesses. Using the Workspace Process, our coaches help their clients to:

– Identify their current business issues

– Visualize where they want their company to be by a set date

– Develop goals and action plans to move from where it is to where they want it to go

– Overcome internal and external barriers that may stand in the way of progress.

One hour appointments are available on Monday through Friday from 11 - 6 pm. The fee per hour is $195.
