Career Success Process

Career Dimensions' Career Success Process is comprised of three key elements that every career planning initiative should contain:

Assessment to identify the components of your ideal job description

Research to investigate what jobs or career paths are the best match for your ideal job

Tools for communicating effectively with the people who can help you pursue a satisfying career

Career Dimensions uses a client workbook to support this process in our Career Change, Job Search, and Outplacement programs in conjunction with one-to-one counseling or group training.

The workbook contains exercises, information and examples divided into the following sections:



Assessment is generally the first phase of career planning. In our program, we have exercises for identifying the elements of your motivational pattern and ideal job description.
